Happy Saturday, Everyone!
I wanted to stop in real quick and share a super sweaty and quick elliptical workout I did yesterday. As soon as Schoen got off of work we headed to the gym for a late workout. He was planning on doing chest and shoulders and I only needed to do shoulders. So, I headed upstairs and completed the following elliptical workout until he was done with chest.
The combination of the crossramp + the incline makes this a kick butt cardio workout. I was super sweaty when I headed downstairs to do a quick shoulder workout.
We're headed off to the gym to do legs and then I think we're either going to the Outlet Mall or headed to Top Golf. Have a wonderful Saturday!
