Two workouts posted in one day! I actually meant to post the previous workout last night but for some reason the scheduler didn't work so I had to change some wording and post it today. Anyways...
Today was one of those mornings where I did not want to go to the gym. But before I could talk myself out of it I got dressed and got myself out the door. I sat in the gym parking lot for a good 5-10 minutes because my seat warmers felt so good! It was a chilly morning...31°! After getting inside I did the following workout:
I had planned on doing a back workout today but when I realized my beloved versa grips were in my hubby's gym bag, which is in his car, I entered the gym with out a plan which I hate doing. I settled on a shoulder workout I threw together as I went and it actually turned out pretty good. I decided to do a mini glute workout at the end as well.
I performed this whole workout in a 5/10 format. My hubby introduced me to 5/10 workouts when he trained me for my competition back in 2013 and I'm a huge fan of them. The minimal amount of rest in between sets makes for a quick yet brutal workout.
