Hey hey! How's everyone doing this afternoon?? I wanted to stop by real quick and share an awesome glute workout I wrote up and completed earlier this morning.
I've really been trying to incorporate a glute specific workout into my rotation each week for the past few months. I'm happy to report that I've definitely seen some great progress. I've also noticed that I have been able to increase my weight substantially over the past few weeks. Here is what this mornings workout looked like:
I really focused on upping my weight compared to what I normally use and doing slow and controlled reps; squeezing at the top of each movement.
It was definitely a great workout that'll I'll feel tomorrow. Have a great rest of the day!
