Sunday's are typically a rest day for me but yesterday was an exception to that rule. I wanted put all those carbs I ate on the 4th of July to use!
I walked into the gym without a game plan (not typically my style) but I knew I felt like doing both legs and shoulders. While this isn't a typical training split, I ended up loving the workout I ended up doing. Here is what it looked like:
