Fit Chocoholic's Friday Favorites #33

Happy Friday!!

The weather here in Houston this morning was a GORGEOUS 62°! This gives me hope that Fall temperatures may finally be showing up in the South! This week has been a busy one for both me and the hubby so we're definitely looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home. But first things first, here is this weeks Friday Favorites. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Friday Favorites

Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond

I am starting Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond on Monday! I had originally planned to start it on October 1st, but we're planning on celebrating Schoen's birthday over the weekend because he'll be travelling to Holland the week of his actual birthday. I didn't want to be a party pooper who couldn't have cake, etc. so I'm planning on starting Monday! I'm planning on putting together a post showing you what it all entails this weekend, so keep an eye out for it next week!

Green Smoothies

I forgot how much I love protein smoothies. They have officially made a comeback in my life! I'm really thinking that I need to invest in a NutriBullet because the one thing that stops me from making myself a smoothie every morning to drink on my drive to work is having to get my big bulky blender out and clean it each time.

IZZE Sparkling Grapefruit

I received a coupon for a free bottle of IZZE and picked up their grapefruit flavor the last time I was at Kroger. I love that there is no added sugar and no preservatives! It was super delicious, I just wish there weren't so many darn cabs in each bottle.

Brussel Sprouts

Some leftover brussel sprouts made their way into my lunch earlier in the week and they were so delicious! I think each time I eat them, I love them even more. All I did to cook them was toss them in a bit of extra virgin olive oil, garlic salt and some freshly cracked black pepper. I roasted them in the oven until they were tender and slightly browned on the edges. So delicious!

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah

I'm slowly but surely making my way through my list of must reads for 2015. I purchased The Nightingale on my iPad Mini last week and LOVE it so far. I'm only a few chapters in, but I'm already hooked.
