My Mom and Dad got me this gorgeous sign for Christmas. It was hands down one of my favorite gifts. My Mom reached out to a local company called
Red Dirt Wood Works who operate out of Edmond, Oklahoma and had them make this sign for me. We have this hanging up in our entry way and it's such a sweet reminder of where I am from. I may live in Texas, but I'll always be an Oklahoma girl. Thanks Mom and Dad!
I know I posted about these
Flourless Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookies yesterday, but I just can't get over how great they are. The coconut oil transforms them into something so delicious. I've found myself snacking on them throughout they day. They haven't passed the hubby test yet though. He had to go to a work dinner last night and come home stuffed. I'll make him try one tonight and I'll report back.
Because we do not have a raised kitchen counter, whatever we have on it is completely visible. I thought bottles of Dawn dish soap and a plastic bottle of hand soap would be an eyesore. These glass dish soap and hand soap containers from Target my Mom got me for Christmas are perfect! I picked up this cute white vase and small succulent from IKEA a few weeks ago and a small tray from Target to put everything in.
