Fit Chocoholic's Friday Favorites #4

Friday Favorites

It's Friday, my favorite day of the week! Here is another Friday Favorites post for y'all to enjoy! Have a wonderful evening!
We got a pair of these Chef'n Salad Shears for our wedding last year and I finally used them for the first time this week. I made a side salad to go along with my dinner and used these to help rough chop a head of lettuce. Love them!

I used this Coconut Oil yesterday for the first time and all I can say is I will be using this in place of regular olive oil as much as I can. Coconut oil isn't only for cooking either. I found this fun post on 101 Uses for Coconut Oil. Check it out!

My Mom and Dad got me this gorgeous sign for Christmas. It was hands down one of my favorite gifts. My Mom reached out to a local company called Red Dirt Wood Works who operate out of Edmond, Oklahoma and had them make this sign for me. We have this hanging up in our entry way and it's such a sweet reminder of where I am from. I may live in Texas, but I'll always be an Oklahoma girl. Thanks Mom and Dad!

I know I posted about these Flourless Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookies yesterday, but I just can't get over how great they are. The coconut oil transforms them into something so delicious. I've found myself snacking on them throughout they day. They haven't passed the hubby test yet though. He had to go to a work dinner last night and come home stuffed. I'll make him try one tonight and I'll report back.

Because we do not have a raised kitchen counter, whatever we have on it is completely visible. I thought bottles of Dawn dish soap and a plastic bottle of hand soap would be an eyesore. These glass dish soap and hand soap containers from Target my Mom got me for Christmas are perfect! I picked up this cute white vase and small succulent from IKEA a few weeks ago and a small tray from Target to put everything in.
