Hola and happy, happy Friday everyone! I hope your week went by smoothly! Before we get to regular scheduled programming (Friday Favorites!) lets do a quick recap of my day so far.
My morning began with a shoulder and tricep workout followed by 40 minutes on the StairMaster. I worked up a sweat and it felt good.
After I finished up at the gym, I headed to the grocery store to pick up some stamps. I was craving fresh fruit like something fierce, so I also picked up a container of cubed pineapple and I snacked on it while I cooked my breakfast. We'll call it my breakfast appetizer.
My breakfast was nothing special. Cream of rice, 3 eggs (1 whole, 2 whites) cooked over easy and a cup o' joe.
And now we're all caught up! I plan on sharing more of my workouts on here going forward. Today's shoulder workout was killer. I'll be sure to type it up and share it soon. Buuuuutttt, here is an awesome glute workout I did earlier in the week. Have a wonderful weekend y'all!

This Glute Workout
I met up with a gym buddy earlier in the week and we completed this workout. It was awesome, sweaty and one heck of a booty burnin workout. As always, make sure you are pausing for a second when doing your kick backs and hip thrusts. Make it burn!
Early Evening Walks
Everytime we take Roxie on a walk, I can't help but giggle at how big Schoen is and how little Rox is. There is something about a big muscley guy walking a teeny tiny dog. Love it. We've made it a point to take her on more walks lately and she absolutely loves it. And I love that we're spending a bit of time together not in front of the TV.
Theo Organic Fair Trade Dark Chocolate
It is no surprise that I love chocolate and that I eat it nearly every day. I discovered Theo Organic Fair Trade Dark Chocolate last week at the grocery store and holy moly is it good. I bought two bars; salted almond and coconut.
They are the first organic and Fair Trade chocolate factory in the country and their products are produced in an entirely ethical and sustainable way. So basically, they're awesome.
If this chocolate lover is ever in Seattle, I am totally touring their factory. If you can't find Theo chocolate at your local grocery store, visit
their website and by yourself some. You won't regret it!
Bates Motel
Is anyone else obsessed with Bates Motel?? We watched the first episode on Netflix about a week ago and were instantly hooked. We binged watched it and were caught up to the season currently airing on A&E in a week. If you're looking for a new show to start watching, check this one out!Labels: Friday Favorites, Workouts
